I got an email that Blue Apron delivers tomorrow. I worked until 6:45, so why go to the grocery?
I just finished a bit of tuna, so I searched the pantry for cake mix. No cake mix. However, as I moved the pancake mix….Brownie Mix!!!
Not just any brownie mix. Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Premium Brownie Mix, including chocolate chips.
BAM!
And, since we have to work tomorrow, if there are any leftovers, I’ll treat office peeps.

Notes: It’s been a rough election season. We’re all tired. Pull a MIL move and treat yo self to some cake tonight. America deserves it.
