I just called State Farms claims department to tell them what I think of them.
They are basing their denial on the fact that K said she didn’t look both right and left before proceeding.
I said “how often do you look RIGHT AND LEFT WHEN THE LIGHT IS GREEN!!!!”
He said ‘everytime’,
bullshit.
Notes: I mentioned that I look left and right when I cross intersections. You may imagine that was not looked on favorably. (Side note: K is fine. Just an accident she didn’t cause and a claim from the other agent not in her favor. It made the MIL a ::bit:: angry.)
