Email Body:

I made some headway for the weekend:.
  • Left work at 4:45 to allow plenty of time to mow.  check
  • Pit stop at Walgreens to get hair color.   check
  • Started mowing at 5pm.  check
  • Sneezed uncontrollably in the East forest while mowing.  Check
  • Cross mowed the side yard to make better area for possible corn hole gaming.  Check  [purchased new corn hole game from LL Bean last year]
  • Checked in at Mark’s for progress on new deck – still moving very slow.  Check
  • Picked up all 4 garbage cans from end of drive.  Check
  • Picked up stacks of sticks on West side of driveway.  Check.
  • Most likely got poison what-ever from picking up sticks.  Check
  • Attempted to start fire in back yard.  Check on attempted.
  • Started the first fire of 2016 in my new fire pit.  Check.
  • Got the last Vanilla Porter beer to enjoy fire pit fire with last years sticks.  Check.
  • Learned something about fire pit fires.  Might not be the best idea to overload the pit with sticks – flames tend to shoot up above the 2nd story; however, the flames were indeed beautiful.  Check.
  • Enjoyed the fire burning down while reading my Mitch Rapp novel.  Check.
  • Drank the beer too fast on an empty stomach.  Check.
  • Only had Reliv shakes today prior to mowing, etc.  Had some Riesen candies on drive home (more than I care to admit).  Check.
  • Decided Blue Apron was not the way to go while in inebriated state.  I hurt myself enough when in full control of my faculties.  Check.
  • Chose tuna with relish and cheese on crackers.  Check.
  • Kept myself from calling Kaitlin and asking “Where the hell are my crackers!” when I could NOT locate the crackers in the pantry.  Finally found them.  Check.
  • Attempting to sober up because I have to color my hair.  Check.
  • Hoping I have done enough tonight because I’m fading.  Check.
  • Watching NCIS from Season 1 to relive all the great DiNozzo moments since he left the show.  Check.
  • Ziva just said “Does a bear sit in the woods?”  Its funny to hear her trying to learn American slang.  Good for a laugh. Check.
  • I still have to color my hair and then shower my whole body.  Check.
  • I’m getting my hair cut off at 9:45am tomorrow.  Check.
  • I failed to water the plants because I had the beer instead.  However, rain is in the forecast.
Love to all….
Silly Mom
Special Notes: This is the email that started the whole she-bang. My favorite email to date. The silliest, the happiest, the most amazing. Also to be noted, it was right before we traveled out to visit her. She’s a champion of doing things. Way to go MIL. Last note, I did not change the font, nor did the blogging software. The email came just like that.
